It's been a while since I played along in any challenge, so I thought I'd enter my card to Simon Says Challenge which is Bright & Cheerful this week & Seize The Birthday where Anything Goes.
For my card I have used stamps from Hero Arts & Jane's Doodles.

My card: For sentiment I used Hero Arts stamp and butterflies are from MSE.

Simon Says: Emboss It

Simon Says Emboss it this week. WOW products are being showcased on the blog however I don't own any so I have used Altenew & Hero Arts stamp sets. I also decided to dry emboss using a Cuttlebug dot folder.

Another card where I followed a design of Ardyth's card that I used for Muse challenge #218.

Ardyth is turning 50, so the challenge is to pick a muse from any of her cards. Tough choice. So many great cards to pick from. I went with a Birthday card using the layout of the card and also Birthday sentiment. And instead of circles I used splatter blotches.

I focused on hearts and the sentiment for my inspiration.

Another Anything Goes challenge at Simon Says and here is my card for the challenge.
Today I used Tim Holtz and Hero Arts stamps. I embossed flowers before cutting and colouring them.

Just mucking around

Just mucking around with inks and sprays. First page I was trying out some of Dyan Reveleys dylysions sprays with various inks. On the second page I used various inks from Hero Arts, Tim Holtz Distress ink and Stampin Up. Quite a busy page.

Embossed Card

Couple of cards using Hero Arts Poppy stamp and heat embossing. On the first card I used digi paper in the background before stamping and heat embossing it. Then I distress inked the card. Of course the embossed areas resist the ink. I quite like the way it looks. On the second card I used pattern paper and then embossed the card.
