Altered Diary

Here is one very inexpensive student diary I decided to alter. I have kept it fairly simple due to it being used very day so I didn't want bits to annoy me. I love this paper but have to admit I can't remember what brand it is. I added some inked grungeboard hinges, this ink gets darker and older looking in a few days. Really nice look though. I didn't have a grungeboard keyhole left so I made one out of paper. 2010 has been cut out with Cuttlebug and dry embossed/inked. I'm not sure I like them and made some other ones but I liked them even less so these are staying.
Thanks very much for looking.

Happy New Year!

It is New Years Eve and these are the last cards I made for 2009. Papers are by Vintage Beauty. Not colours I usually go for but I couldn't resist these. I just loved them. My first card for 2010 will no doubt be made with Vintage Beauty paper.
Happy New Year!!

My top 10

I have just seen a few blogs posting their top 10 for 2009. So I thought it would be fun to give it a go. A little bit hard for me as I change my mind about which one is favorite as I make new cards and hopefully progress as well. The cards I have chosen are mainly because of overall feel to me and colours/papers used. Of course there are favorite stamps in there too.
Hope you enjoy looking..

Back from Melbourne

Been a week since I posted a card so here is a bit of vintage style. Had a short break in Melbourne. I went to see Fleetwood Mac in concert. It was awesome!! Ok so a little bit of vintage style from me again. I just thought this image was so cute.
